We had that hard long ride yesterday up Highlands (well, I thought it was hard!) and I was out watching my wife, Lynn, run the San Diegito Half Marathon.  She started and I went for a ride and then back to watch her finish.  Just as I get there and settle, who do I see, KB.....WOW!!  Nice time KB and I'm impressed after yesterdays ride you went out and kicked it!
