Bike the Coast Volunteers wanted for Nov 5

[The following request is from Jim Curl, who is organizing Bike the Coast out of Oceanside (link under Upcoming Events on any NCCC page]

All,

4 weeks to go and the final press is on for volunteers.

If you have contacts for groups that might be available to help (primarily at registration, finish area or the SAG stops on Friday afternoon or on Saturday), we could use them now. 

Volunteers get a shirt and lunch and their group gets a $10 per head donation for their help.  Oceanside and North County based groups such as YMCA, Rotary, Sea Lions and school groups are especially valuable as they are in the community.

We are at 1000 registrants this morning, and hope to hit our target of 1250 by ride day.

How does the $10.00 donation get tracked? Will NCCC receive $10.00 per volunteer? Will the volunteer get $10.00 in cash? Redeemable voucher? Or trust bike the coast to donate?
