For those of you who have taken TS 101, you know how to do this. The graphic below says it all. Read about it at http://www.sfbike.org/news/bike-lanes-and-right-turns - the San Francisco Bike Coalition has it RIGHT. The signage and laws governing this are not well publicized and misunderstood by motorists and cyclists alike.
