The route was changed/improved this past weekend by Ranchos.  Here is the link to the new route:

Saturday Long Riders can meet in the OCRR parking lot at 7:30 to ride to Stone Brewery or you can start from Stone Brewery.  The ride starts at 8 am.  See you then!

I wanted to confirm if the new "route change" included off road as part of the route.  In other words, are there dirt roads included in this ride?

Yes, there are a couple of dirt sections.  I know Cougar Pass from Broadway is very doable.  I don't what the other sections are like but I am sure they are ok.  Kevin Brickley is leading a group who is not doing any dirt so you may want to check with him at Stone Brewery prior to the start of the ride.
