Mt Baldy Sunday Ride

We are planning to ride Mt Baldy Sunday May 14. The Tour Of California  is going up there on May 18th.  http://amgentourofcalifornia.com/stage5.
The ride would start at Northside Park in Azusa, catty corner from the Azusa Greens Country Club. Here is a preliminary route.

Some of us are going up the day before to enjoy a night out in that general area. I will post more information as the planning progresses.

We have finalized the details for the Mt Baldy ride. The ride start location will be at Northside Park in Azusa at 8am. Some of us are going up the day before . We will be staying at the Super 8 in Azusa https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/super-8/azusa-california/super-8-azusa/overview. More than likely we will be going out for a nice dinner and walk about Saturday night. If anyone has any suggestions about the eateries in that area they are always welcome.

I will be up there this weekend for the l'etape. If I notice anything note worthy, I will pass it along. Thinking of going up the dirt road that brings you to the restaurant at the top of Mt Baldy on Saturday. Unfortunately, I won't be able to join you guys on the 14th.
