All - Every NCCC member should have received the annual membership roster in PDF format in an email from Lou, your Membership Chairman. This document is not editable. You will need a PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader, to read the roster. If you cannot read it, your email application or your browser does not have a plugin for handling PDF attachments. If that occurs, save the attachment and use Adobe Reader to read the roster.

A few people have contacted Lou to correct their personal information. That is no longer the job of the NCCC Membership Chairman as all your personal information is in the new membership database. It is your responsibility to keep it up to date. Just click on Members, press the blue Login button, enter your username and password you set when you signed up this year, and then click on the Edit Profile tab. If your email, phone number, or address has changed, this is where you keep it up to date. Also, by using the field "Exclude Personal Info on Roster" you ensure specific info be withheld from NCCC members' view, such as email, phone, address if that is your personal preference. The biggest effort by Lou for this year's roster was to triple check these exclusion requests.

The roster is created automagically by the membership software with little manual entry by your NCCC membership chairman (meaning it's as accurate as the information you originally entered and keep up to date). A lesson learned from doing this the very first time this year is that we should send out a reminder about 1 week before we publish the roster to give you a chance to update anything which changed in your profile.

In the meantime, enjoy contacting your cycling friends! (and don't forget to thank Lou)
